From that first conversation to the moment you step into your new kitchen, we're with you every step of the way. Our process is designed to be simple and stress-free — clear communication, no surprises, and a team who genuinely cares about getting it right for your home.
1. Discover & Design
Get in touch, we measure your space, and put together a tailored design and quote — with follow-up conversations to get it just right.
2. Confirm & Plan
Once you're happy, book a showroom appointment to finalise every detail. A £1,000 deposit holds your date, followed by a prefit survey to make sure everything's accounted for.
3. Commit & Order
Pay the remaining deposit, sign the contract, and we place your order — keeping you updated every step of the way.
4. Install & Enjoy
Your project takes place (typically 2–8 weeks, depending on scope), followed by final checks, sign-off, and aftercare guidance. We'll finish with a thank-you gift and invite you to share your experience.
